Groundworks for a large industrial building
Expertise: This project required pre construction assistance from our engineers to assist with design. Once we had completed the site enabling works which involved part demolition of a fire damaged building we were straight into the construction of the new industrial building. The foundation style on this building was vibrio compaction piles, with an extensive drainage system and external work package. We kept this project on program and handed back to the client early
