BVMH Groundworks modular substructure, drainage & external works

On completion of the site enabling works by our sister company, BVMH Groundworks division had been appointed as principal contractor for remainder of the works at Broadstone Warren. This was in preparation for installation of new prefabricated modular welfare facilities for this large camp site which is owned and run by the Scouts association in Forest Row. The works included site set up and welfare areas, form haul road for plant & vehicle access to scarecrow toilet block working area, setting out and reduce level digs, form & pour of pad foundations to design, lay new drainage and connecting into existing, RC form work and concrete slab, externals to include paving, tarmac and landscaping. The project was complete within the contract programme and handed over to the client defect free. Daily liaison with the Scouts onsite management team was essential to the smooth operation of the works, in conjunction with working around members of the public to include local schools that used the camp site facilities during our delivery of the demolition & groundworks phase of the works.
